Brand new exercise class hits Fowey! An exciting new Group Exercise Class is being introduced into the Centre’s group exercise programme. This latest craze is sweeping London with potential participants clammering for places on classes and willing to travel miles in order to take part and Fowey Community Leisure Centre has been lucky enough to secure the services of two of Europe’s leading Instructors.

??? and ??? will be joining the Fowey Fitness Team for classes and the initial demonstration on the 1st April and will be running sessions at regular intervals throughout the evening. However, due to the certain popularity of the classes, those wishing to have a go are advised to telephone the Leisure Centre in order to book a place on a class. The class is low impact but really good for those who wish to burn fat under very strict guidance and all equipment is provided.
