New 'Brand' for Health & Fitness at Fowey

“Elements” will become a name – a brand – synonymous with health and fitness in this area. This is the new brand name which has been developed after much consultation for the gym and memberships.

The name seems to suggest exactly what health and fitness is all about in that there are various elements of fitness which the Fitness Team develop within the individual.

The colour schemes used in the design are being used within the gym to bring a higher profile to the area but will also be used in the membership packages available.

Health and fitness is simply an element of the whole holistic approach to lifestyle which the Centre will incorporate at the very heart of what it does. Fitness is not simply about attending regular sessions in the gym or going to the occasional exercise class, it is about a long term view to healthy living and the Fitness Team will be able to advise all members in this respect.

Our whole approach is our commitment to put the community/the customer at the very heart of everything the Centre does and this will drive our whole culture.
